I am SO happy that it's Monday!
-back to a routine---
-back to NOT eating everything in sight--
-back to thinking --serious thinking --as to what goes into the mouth---the repercussions of eating too much Brown Betty---of not exercising as much---
Why is it, that on a weekend, too much unplanned foods go into my mouth--?
Wednesday is weigh-in day--
Do I want to get to 190--or do I want to always dream of it--and not act--
Lord love a Duck-
Do I want a future as a healthy thinner person--or to remain as I am?---
I WILL Spark a great day to-day!
