1st successful week

I did it! I lost 6.16 pounds this first week. It was not easy, but I managed. I controlled the food and did exercises. I might have lost a little more, but I could not resist some temptations. emoticon

Part of this success is due to SparkPeople. I joined some challenges, I made friends and it's working.
