Hope you're all doing well. I know I sort of disappeared, but I haven't been giving up on things. Lately, I've found it much easier to track my activities and habits in a daily planner, instead of on a web based format. I find that I like being about to see my daily goals as I'm tracking things, instead of hopping from page to page to track different things. I also like the weight of the book, as it reminds me that its there. When I'm on my phone, I'm rarely on the home screen, so I forget that the app is there.
I also like that I can break things into time slots, so I can better track my habit schedule. For instance, I'm noticing that at around 2pm, I get a little bored and have a snack. Now I know to schedule more work around that time, so my fingers are busy, or to go for a walk at that time, so I'm not sitting around to eat.
The disadvantage is that I don't have the calories to calculate the input to output, but I do have the calories burned through the Fitbit, so at least I have that half of the equation.
