Coyotes howling in my neck of the woods!

This is Beau-the German whose heart skips many a beat--who is on 2 different heart meds, 3X a day--who loves to run, who might live a relatively normal life , if we can get him and his erratic heart, to 2 yrs.

He loves to run--to prance around, and to show off to Tess, the other resident German (as in dog)


Just a bit ago ( 7am)---we could hear very loud terrible howling outside--which upset these 2 Germans--
It must've been either Coyotes, or wolves--
It is still dark, so I don't walk anymore , until daylight-
Living in the bush, is a bit of a challenge at times---too many hungry bears looking for food, and other wildlife--

I watched the U.S Debate last night-
--sad!-----need I say more?

And Spark-wise----I have lost the 2 pounds I had gained--recycled weight of course--
I've had to turn to the Dreadmill---with a few free weights, with lotza water, green tea, and eating at home last night with roasted Kale--

It seems one cannot let their guard down--ever----'specially running thru the baking section of that grocery store--
"The whiter the bread---the sooner yu're dead!"

Himself, is happily devouring his mega breakfast---so I best get down there--
Be kind to older people to-day---and hug yer dog---or someone's pet---oh--watch out for the wolves--and coyotes too!
