My birthday gift

My birthday is coming up and I just need to change everything . The rest of October will be full of getting yard and house work done. Too much stuff has gone on this year that has kept me from getting things done and focusing on my health and fitness.

On my birthday I am going to the gym. After that I plan to go 3 to 4 times a week. I also need to work on what I eat. It was hard this year to focus on that because of my grandmas health. I got hardly any sleep which made me not what to cook dinner some nights so we would eat out. Then throughout the day I would just snack on whatever we had. This has been a very unhealthy year.

Exercise is great for you but eating healthy is the most important thing. This is going to be a real challenge for me.

    Ah yeah, as they say around here, 'weight loss is made in the kitchen, not the gym'.

    I meal prep a lot of proteins about once a month and keep them in the freezer, and just add them to salads/omelettes/pasta/sandwiches/v
    eggie plates, etc. It has sped up my cooking a lot.
