Ten days

I shattered the screen on my iPad week before last. I liked it way better than my phone or the desktop computer! The app is so limited and the desktop is stuck in the office.
What happened is that I wasn't nearly as faithful at recording food or really any aspect of Sparks.
In ten days, I have not improved at all. Same weight, same fitness.
I'm probably lucky it's not worse!
Between the lack of convenience, and a sneaky little attitude of being so much healthier than I was, I lost focus and urgency!
I really want to go the whole distance. Lose the last 10 pounds. Get a lot stronger so that I age well.
Yesterday was good and today is on track so I hope I'm back!
