40 Weeks for Unique- week 3 almost 4

The way I see it, I have sacrificed my body 3 times to carry new life and each time I have grown as much as the life growing inside of me. Each pregnancy was a journey, at the end not only did I have a new baby, but I also had a new appreciation for my own strength. I always made sure to take my vitamins, not drink soda, eat lunch meat, limited sweets, and always had plenty of water. I wanted my children to have the best chance possible. So with my weight loss and my own health, I asked myself why can't I give myself 40 weeks, 40 weeks to improve my physical and mental health. Rebuild my self esteem and find that appreciation for my resolve again... The answer was I could, therefore I am.
40 weeks for Unique started the day after my last appointment with my GI Doctor (10/4/2016)
my "due date" is July 11th 2017.
I am already 3 weeks in. I have so far lost at least 10lbs, I had to hide my scale. While I want to lose weight, I do not want that to be my focus.
My next doctors appointment is December 1st 2016, by that time I hope to have lost 16lbs and gotten my blood pressure down considerably.
40 weeks for Unique includes:
Drinking a gallon of water a day
Eating between 1200-1600 calories a day
Walking at minimum 5k steps
Drinking rarely- occasions (Bdays, holidays)
Blogging helped me in the past so I will now add it to my list...
