Day 14 of 10 min/day of exercise

Still going strong with my exercising. I've had to squeeze in some short sessions in busy days, but I've kept up with it. Focusing a lot on weight lifting using dumb bells and machines. I love going to the Y and using all of the machines there. I can work more muscle groups there. When I'm at home, I do shorter routines, but am still able to hit most muscle groups.

Eating: I have 5 good eating days last week. I had some sweets on Friday and Saturday. I'll have to work hard to avoid as much candy as possible this week. I've been on SparkPeople a lot today, so I haven't felt the urge to dive in to the sweets today at work.

I've been loving this great weather in western Iowa! I'm especially looking forward to trick or treating with my twins tomorrow. It's supposed to be 80! We'll have a good group of their friends and parents. It should be a good time!
