November goals

Happy November everyone! Make it count. Going to keep this short and sweet (I hope!)
Goal 1: Do at least 50 abs moves every day in November. As I lose weight, I really need this belly to go down too. I'm now 30lbs down since July 4th (

) and I'm really starting to see my body leaning out. But then I've got this belly pouch developing which is a big NO-NO! So I'm starting small with 50 abs reps minimum, although I may do more on the days I'm feeling particularly ambitious. I know 50 isn't a lot but if I set the goal too high, I'll only discourage myself.
Goal 2: One pescetarian day a week. Which means a day where I eat no meat but I will eat fish. I absolutely love meat and chicken so could never be a full vegetarian, but I do find myself eating meat on meat on meat, and I've recently discovered that I do really love fish (especially salmon and sea bass) so this month I'm going to be a pescetarian on Mondays. No meat Mondays
Goal 3: Run 12 outdoor miles. Gotta get back into running properly. I'm half considering running another marathon next year, but I need to build it up slowly.
Goal 4: Read at least one novel from cover to cover. I used to absolutely love reading books, but I've completely fallen out of the habit in the last couple of years. So it's time to put the phone down on my commutes to work and when I climb into bed at night and get into a good book. (That's actually a good side goal: put the phone down for at least a couple of hours a day. I'm glued to that thing and it can't be good for me!)
Goal 5: Get into the 180's! Eeeeek. I don't particularly like setting weight goals because, let's be honest, we can do everything we're supposed to and sometimes our bodies don't play ball. But it will keep me going in the right direction. I weighed in at 195.2 this morning, so it means having to lose at least 5.3lbs this month. Which sounds doable but I've got loads of potential obstacles in the way this month (my 30th birthday, a holiday away for my birthday, two friends' 30th birthdays, a weekend away with my uni girls to celebrate our birthdays! Eeeek) so lots of challenges but I just need to stay focused. My friend is getting married on December 10th so that's my motivation to keep it together.
And that's all. Bring on November
