I was sick yesterday so sweets weren't really an issue, today I had a poptart for breakfast though, but I feel bad throwing them out and my roommate can't eat them.

If you are not able to bring yourself to the point that you can throw the poptarts away, just give them away to somebody, anybody!!! I know that I was raised in the clean your plate club even if it took me two or three days to eat what was on the plate. I had it for every meal until it was gone or finally spoiled. You've got this THANG, young lady!!!

Respect your body. Don't use it as a garbage disposal. You are worth more than that! 🙂

For those of us raised not waste, throwing out bad food seems like a sin. It helps me to remember that delicious, edible junk is not food. It doesn't nourish me. In fact, it hurts me. Be strong - throw it out! You can do this .
