Feel a bit better

Well after not losing much in the last 12 weeks I felt a bit better when I took my measuremnts. I did lose 3.6 LBS From first weigh in till Last weigh.

on 3/18/07:
Waist 34.5"
Hips 41"
Thigh 24"
Arms 13"

6/26:
Waist 31" -3.5"
Hips: 40" - 1"
Thigh: 24" same
Arm: 13" same.

Not too bad. I know my watch is more loose along with my wedding ring. Which I just had resized in Jan.

I am going to start a new plan of eating and calorie range for the next 12 weeks and see how it works. It can't hurt.
I am doing better on Exercise than I have in a LONG time. This past 12 weeks I was able to do a min of 5 workouts a week sometimes more. And that is a huge improvement over only 2 walks per week. I am able to burn around 1200 calories per week in exercise. I have about 20 more LBS that I would like to lose. But will take anything I can get right now.
