This is not just another day!
This is my new challenge--to get 5 pounds off this ol' body, in 30 days
That means, a pound a week---

Yesterday-Day#1--I was successful---
-didn't waver-----controlled what went in the mouth---exercised---did NOT eat after supper---
This morning, the weight is still the same---
BUT-----It isn't up----

I'm doing this experiment, to see if I can stick to my caloric range---move more---and be happy --not feel sorry for myself and binge eat---not to get "down in the dumps" thinking I'll always be fat----but--to try to do everything right--in spite of what happens in the world--in spite of Beau, the German (as in dog)-panting up a storm---and Himself limping on his bad knee--
