My PEP talk on Day#3

To get to the computer this morning, I had to hop over dogs---
They are waiting for their walk--- sleeping beside me here, not even thinking that I might step on them!
So, to-day is Friday---
Yesterday was a good day , Spark-wise---perhaps the portions were too great at supper---
And the weight is 201-almost back into the " land of the One"---
There were weaknesses however---voices calling me--
You see, the Chocolate bars are still in the house--bagged--ready to go---but---(that "big butt"!)----they will be removed to-day--
Out of sight--out of mind!
I DIDN"T EAT ANY HOWEVER--but---I did hover over them a bit!
I am worth it---I must remember that!
I am worth being able to have time for "ME"--to take my 18--30 minutes to exercise --to eat my salad----(when everyone else is eating the fries-)---
I WANT MY BLOOD PRESSURE TO BE DOWN----
I DON"T WANT DIABETES---
Lord love a Duck!
It's only a day in my life---then Saturday--and Sunday---(which I will think about to-morrow!)
So Sparkly People---
We are lean, mean, and determined to make to-day , a healthy eating day--ALL day--because we want to meet our goal--5 pounds by the end of NOVEMBER!
