night shifts

I have been struggling with diet as it seems like I am always hungry. Should I eat a meal in the middle of the night? If I do that, I wake up around noon ravenous even if I do eat a little breakfast when I get home. I guess it will just be a learning curve until I find what works.

The biggest struggle will be getting enough sleep while making sure I have time with my family. Time will tell if I can make it work.

    So I work night shift, 7pm to 7am, two nights a week. I try to stop eating by 4am and then I do wake up around 1pm super hungry. I will eat something lite before I sleep a little longer. It does take a while to learn what works for you.
