Hello today is tues and i am fighting to stay on my diet its so not easy this month. I am doing my best but it seems no matter how much water i drink i am still hungry. Any ideas.

Try to find an activity that keeps your mind off food, always eat a good breakfast that has helped me stay positive you can do it 1615 days ago
