The weight is moving-----DOWN!
I am DOWN--a half a pound---
Big DeaL EH?------and it is recycled fat--- weight that I've lost at least 356 times before, as the scales yo-yo--
But--(that big "butt"!)---it is heading in the right direction, after perhaps 2 weeks of being "on hold"---
So, what have I done differently?---
Eating at home , is a biggy---
Exercising on the Dreadmill each day --up to 19 minutes this week---
Staying on track---no treats--- consistently---day-after day--after day---
Eating pretty much the same foods breakfast and lunch , and being more aware of portions at supper time!
-NO BREAD ---(The whiter --and warmer---the bread--the sooner you're dead!)-
That is hard for me----I try to not even look at it as I run through the grocery store--
-not feeling sorry for myself , just because I cannot have whatever I see and want--- and- --Changing my mindset, that I am healthier without the sweets--
Looking at the calendar, and seeing the month flying by, and I am not nearly there with the 5 pound weight loss---so ----I must keep plugging away here!
Positive thoughts help also---
Geez---I- want to type---"It's tough"----
It really isn't ------There are so many fresh fruits and lotza broccoli bunches, with oranges, mangos, and watermelons out there---
We just have to learn to love them all more!
