The weekend is nearly here for all of us in Canada---
To you in the U.S., I can smell the turkey wafting across the border--lingering in the air above your country-- emoticon emoticon

We had light flurries overnight--- enough to cover the driveway and the walkways--
--enough to shovel-----
Decisions -decisions--because-----if I shovel, I will not get my 20 minutes in on the Dreadmill-
Yesterday I had to shovel--and that Dreadmill never got put into action!
This morning, Himself took the Germans out, who were chomping at the bit, to run in the snow, while I sweated it out, counting off the minutes on the---dreaded--Dreadmill!

Everyday it is so easy to do housey stuff---dog hair is a never ending battle---the washing--ironing---Himself's books--responding to phone calls ---the list never ends!
But--(that big "butt" again!~)- --really--------all that can wait! ---
It's not going anywhere---and there are perks to putting myself first-

You see, 20 minutes on a Treadmill, is really not much time, in the grand 24 hr. scale of things---and I feel so much better afterwards--
It really does feel wonderful to have Jeans that fit now---and they have been taken in!
I sleep better at night when I exercise---
And for sure I am happier after a walk on my own, and a workout--

The perfect solution would be to get up earlier---
"Early to bed--early to rise, makes one fit, fair and wise"---
Lord love a Duck!--
Well, you know what I mean!
