My goodness time flies! December is here again! If you have ever heard anyone say that time goes by faster the older you get, as a person who is over 50, in my mind this fact is true.... what do you think?
What is your daily goal for each day in December?
This month I will focus on...
... making sure I have adequate carbs, fats, protein and fiber at the end of each day.
...making sure I have adequate calories each day.
... remaining processed wheat free... since I feel so much better without wheat in my diet.
This month I also plan to focus on moving forward with some things I've been having negative thoughts about. The negative thoughts and a feeling of being stuck have kept me from doing what really inspires me. I will push the excuses aside and take the initiative to move forward with a few projects I've been wanting to work on.
