It's been a while since I've set any goals regarding my weight loss. Not that I'm not losing weight, it's just I haven't set any goals recently to get my to my final goal so I decided that I would make a goal for the month of December.
So this is my goal for the month of December and how I will reach my goal
1. To lose 5 lbs this month (final weigh in on Dec. 31)
a. Hit a minimum of 5000 steps per day (preferably 7000-10,000)
b. Track every morsel of food put in my mouth
c. Drink a minimum of 64 oz of water everyday
So as today is day 2 of December, I can say that Day 1 I did not drink all my water (only 40 oz), I did track my food yesterday, and I did hit my minimum of 5000 steps.
I got this!!
