me and some reasons why

Well sparkers, I decided to check in and say Hi and hey.
The 20 lbs I said I lost in my last blog on November 21st....is now more like 15 lbs, lol.
Lets just say, not ALL weight loss is good and not all weight loss comes from hard work and eating healthy.
November 9th thru the 29th were pretty bad weeks for me.
I lost about 10 lbs but not in a healthy way, so I have gained a little, about 6 lbs maybe back.
But I dont feel that bad about it, because I am actually eating again!!
I was probably consuming less than 700 calories a day for about 2 weeks, I was very sick.
Both physically and emotionally.
Just not taking care of myself at all and very depressed.
But I am doing much much better.
Honey and I were seperated for most of October and November and things had gotten pretty bad.
I wont go into detail, but just say, we talked alot and decided to try again and so we are in the process of working things out.
Happy to have another chance to do things better this time.
Working hard to make a happy home and healthy life.
Things are beginning to even back out and I am taking alot better care of myself.
I just hope the doctors understand and see my point of view, because as I have found all they seem to care about is the number on the scale and not the reason for it.
I bought a new laptop and havent figured it out quite yet, Windows 10.
But i will be on here more after things settle a bit more.
Have been decorating for Christmas and trying to settle back in.
Hope everyone is well and ready for a great new happy year to come.
I havent made any resolutions as of yet, but there are a good many things i want to work on.
Myself and my mental and physical wellness being right up at the top.
