I can't believe it!!

OMG! I had an awful day with eating. I hardly ate any fruits and vegetables. Mostly my food intake today was shortbread cookies! I had 7 of those little buggers! Tomorrow I have to make cupcakes and finish Kennedy's ice cream cake!! Lord help me get thru that! cupcakes AND frosting, lord help me now.

I skipped my run today mostly cause my rear end hurt so darn much! I did my bootcamp video yesterday twice and I guess the second time did a number on my butt! I could hardly sit down on the toilet without pain!! Tonight its feeling a bit better. I will get up and do 5 miles tomorrow, tomorrow is my tempo run. I need to get up a hair earlier cause I dont want to be gone too long. I have more shopping to do for Kennedy's party. More fruit and more frosting, thought I bought 2 cans of it but I didn't. I'm really worried, scared, dont trust myself with the frosting.
