Tomorrow is my day. Christmas is over and I am looking forward to more vegetables, more water and less sugar. I feel like crap and have gained some serious weight. I've been sick since thanksgiving and am starting to finally get better after going to the doctor Friday. I stepped on the doctor scale and was over 200! 😣 not a good place to be. I have hope it is finally going to start getting easier again though because the last month has been hard! Starting tomorrow I am starting small steps fora healthier me! No more all or nothing, no more trying to "diet"... I'm going to take the approach I did when I lost all my weight before... slow and steady, small healthy lifestyle changes that lead to big results. Goals for tomorrow -Get dressed in real clothesπŸ’ƒπŸ» - weigh in & face the music 😳 -clean house so I feel less chaotic 🌈 -drink water with every meal🚰 -eat vegetables with every meal πŸ₯— -manage portions 🍽 -write down everything I eat even if I don't track calories πŸ“ .....     glad you are on the ,mend. Me too starting over sick of going to the dr and I want to get off some of this medication I am on.

    I'm glad you are feeling better. You have small steps in mind and that's what you make you more healthier and thinner. WTG!! I've have so much to lose after regaining some too, so we're all in the same boat. I'm ready to get back to more fresh foods also.

    Love your positive Attitude! Glad you are feeling better and I am glad you had a nice Christmas. I feel the same way you do. I've gained a lot of weight and feel like crap since I've been eating all the wrong foods. Good luck with your goals. I know you are going to be very successful.
