Tomorrow is my day. Christmas is over and I am looking forward to more vegetables, more water and less sugar. I feel like crap and have gained some serious weight. I've been sick since thanksgiving and am starting to finally get better after going to the doctor Friday. I stepped on the doctor scale and was over 200! 😣 not a good place to be.
I have hope it is finally going to start getting easier again though because the last month has been hard!
Starting tomorrow I am starting small steps fora healthier me! No more all or nothing, no more trying to "diet"... I'm going to take the approach I did when I lost all my weight before... slow and steady, small healthy lifestyle changes that lead to big results.
Goals for tomorrow
-Get dressed in real clothes💃🏻
- weigh in & face the music 😳
-clean house so I feel less chaotic 🌈
-drink water with every meal🚰
-eat vegetables with every meal 🥗
-manage portions 🍽
-write down everything I eat even if I don't track calories 📝
I had a wonderful Christmas but I am so happy that things are winding down.
