Happy 2017!!

Today is the first day of the New Year.

I hate to be one of those New Year's Resolution makers, but it feels like a fresh start, with a brand new date.

It's time to get my health back and feel better.

I have a plan in place for working out, and my food plan is Whole Foods, Plant Based, no oil or refined sugars. If you are interested. Dr. McDougall has all the information for free on his website. Dr. Esselstyn is also a good source. And if you need to understand why you eat the way you do, Dr. Lisle is awesome. They all have YouTube videos. So along with my eating WFPB, I will reinforce with videos from these fabulous doctors.

My addiction is sugar. When I stick to WFPB no oil or sugar, I feel so much better and the cravings go away. There is no such thing as moderation in my world. I'm happy for those people who can make that work.

Next year on January 1st, I hope to report a successful, healthy 2017.
