OK, so I am winding down with all the thing helping my back to heal. I injured it badly back in September. It has been a Long, Painful, depressing, alone feeling, food filled few months. Now that I am nearing the end of this ordeal and the holidays are behind me, I plan on: having someone bring my bike back to the living room, asking the doctor for the OK to ride again, taking it slow & easy, logging what I eat and focusing on lowering my carb intake. Today was a good start on the last one. Not perfect but I am happy at my effort and success. Now, to just keep it up every day like it is new. I am still very worn out from being sick the past couple months too. A tight cough that seems to linger and I need to Really work on my energy & endurance. I really notice that! Maybe I am not all the way over being sick. Nasty! Nasty! Stuff. Well, I'm mustering up the energy , determination, confidence and self discipline that I had before getting hurt. Feeling like it is much tougher this time around. But I know I have it deep inside me. I WILL do it! I promise Myself!!!!!

    I have been dealing with health issues and surgery. It makes it harder but not impossible to lose weight and get healthy. Praying that you will heal and get healthy again. Best wishes for a great 2017.
