Week 1

Well I have got through the first week of my eating plan with no breakouts so I feel I will give myself a small reward. I have lost 1kg and am so pleased - I usually get as far as 3 days and then all "hell" breaks loose and I eat everything in site - but not this time , must be the New Year.

Today, I had my carer take me to do the food shopping, lots of fruit and veggies, I am not used to this so I felt good with each item I put in the trolley, then my house cleaner came and I am now relaxing.
