Good Morning!

Thank you all for your prayers yesterday it wasnt a good day. But today is a new one so I will move forward stronger then I was yesterday. I can say I didn't eat my sadness away stayed focused. I do beleive that I need to find something to do other then caretaking and house cleaning to keep my mind busy.I take it thats not enough any ideas would be great. Thank you for all your surpport. God bless

    Have you found anything to give you a break mentally and physically ! I am a caregiver and I have had to make myself be nice to me ! We need it !

    Are you the only caregiver at your home or can you get someone to help while you work out ? If you are able schedule your workout just like you schedule dr . appt . Also doing the 10 minute workouts and walks helps tremendously ! emoticon emoticon
