On to a new quest for an extraordinary life, my version.

Now that I am a mere three pounds from my goal weight of 122 pounds, I find myself reflecting about what else do I want to accomplish, manifest, create in order to really have the time of my life. I decided to explore this in a methodical way with a mentor who has been able to create an extraordinary life for himself. He walks his talk, looks as good in his fifties as he did in his twenties, is happily married to an amazing woman, has a billion dollar business, is a radical parent to four children.
I am on Day 3 of a thirty day journey with him, part of an online program with Mindvalley. Today, he shared that he has always thought of himself as a muscular strong athlete and that has helped him make choices that lead to a lean, strong body in as great shape now as decades ago. Athlete? I have never identified myself as an athlete and I don't want to either. I am happier with a book than a ball. I'd rather walk than run. The thing is Jon isn't trying to make me into another version of himself. He is trying to guide me into my own authentic peak performance, my ideal for myself. So, here are some visions for my ideal body:
1. I am a vibrant, radiant size 4/6.
2. I am joyfully energized and have stamina and strength to do all I need, for my whole life.
3. I move with grace, dignity and sovereignty.
