New Year, Renewed Effort

I go back to work tomorrow 1.16.17, after a week off, and I am reviving my effort to lose some weight again. I meant to start on the first but just couldn't get going. Now I will!
I want to lose at least 25 pounds this year.
I am ready!
I have healthy foods all prepped and ready to be put in by lunchbox in the morning.
I am ready to ditch the sweet goodies that I have been eating way too much of.
I will get at least 10,000 steps every day and get to the gym twice a week.
