Good morning my Sparkies,

This past weekend was super fun, but super not so great food wise. I went overboard going out. My dude and I went out for brunch, then I had dinner with a friend on our day off yesterday. I tried to make up for it by skimping here and there, but lord knows if that worked out.

I also tried to add plain greek yogurt to my diet. It didn't taste as gross as I thought it would. However, after eating it for three days, and blowing up like a balloon, I've decided that it's just not for me. I know if I gave it time my digestive tract will get used to it, but the bloating just hurts way too much.

I have been trying to do push ups. I can do one on the floor, so I'm starting easy with wall pushups (which are still really hard). My arms hurt so bad, but keep at it, right?
