SMART Goals for BLC 33

1. Lose 10 pounds
2. Walk 3.25 miles daily
3. Decrease my sugar intake.
BLC 33 runs for 15 weeks so that's less than a pound a week.
I have been consistently walking 3 miles most days, but adding a quarter mile isn't out of the question.
I just need to stop eating sweets, they are a trigger food that just leads to more.
I have the support of my wonderful team the Groovy Geckos. Their encourage, suggestions and own journeys truly motivate me.
