BDS Journal: Deviated from plan and it is okay

What did I do today to avoid unplanned eating:
Planned my meals the day before

If I deviated what happened? What can I learn from this for next time?:
I am coming down with a virus -- aagh! I deviated from my planed supper meal and instead choose chicken soup and a few crackers.

Reflections:
A Spark friend complimented me on my logical approach with the Beck Diet Solution. She made me aware of a key point. Anytime I can use logical thinking instead of emotional thinking, the outcome is better for me. This is why the Response cards are a crucial part of the cognitive behavior therapy. The cards have the logical thinking laid out for us so we can practice it and make it ours.

    I was surprised by the title of your blog, you have been doing well for so long.
    Then I saw it was a deviation from the food plan, but not in a wrong choice way, in a healthy choice way.
    In my opinion, you can keep your streak for sticking to the plan, this is a very necessary adjustment.
