Week 2 Check In

This check in is a few days late.
Last week wasn't as strong as the week before. I missed a couple of days of workouts, and I can't tell you exactly how my food was because I didn't track at all during the long holiday weekend. It started at an all-day work conference Thursday where every meal was a buffet, and it kind of went downhill from there.
Back in the office, it's been easier to stay on track. Structure really helps. One thing that I've learned is that I have to do a morning workout. If I wait until the evening the chances of skipping the workout drastically increase.
