Well, I'm doing it!----
The scales say 198.5--THIS MORNING----naked---
LORD LOVE A DUCK!
And it was going well yesterday--until--evening-----
when I heard those terrible voices AGAIN-----calling my name---I refused to give in to them!
Why is it so easy " to stick to yer guns" the 1st and 2nd day of a battle of the fat?
It was even harder to get onto that Dreadmill--and to do the sciatica exercises---
I did it however!
I am happy about it this morning.
When I began to Spark, I was 217---maybe a tad more----
It has taken years to get to the "Land of the One"--years to break old habits---
To change topics here, the Germans (as in dogs) had their Spa Day yesterday--- Beau cried all the way to town--(nearly drove Himself and me crazy) but did not vomit or piddle on her floor---Tess looks marvellous this morning--
And the "cat who came in from the cold"--Sushi---kept us awake a lot of the night jumping around our room--(nearly drove Himself crazy AGAIN!)__
-She finally goes to be neutered next week---is still not the friendliest animal----makes me wonder why we keep her--
So, even tho there are a lot of silly stuff going on in the world, we can Spark.
WE CAN CONTROL what goes into the mouth---
We can have a great attitude----cook the vegetables---smile at older people (They might be Himself and I!)---hug a Pilot (He might be Son#2 the Air Canada Pilot)----and don't buy the white bread--
"The Whiter the Bread, The Sooner You're Dead! "
Spark a great Day!
