Back to tracking after eleven days of no green smoothies.

Two good reasons to start tracking nutrition again:
1. I am participating in the Winter 5% Challenge and that is the challenge for the week.
2. It has come at at timely moment for me 'cos I gained three pounds in the past two weeks. Oh no! Weight creep!
I stopped tracking nutrition in November and continued to lose weight. I was nourishing myself with green smoothies every day and not having carb cravings. And then in the past two weeks it started to creep back up. What happened? My Nutribullet blender broke down and I didn't replace it. No green smoothies. And I started grazing on hubs' snacks, while standing up. Not because i was hungry, you understand. Just because I wasn't as well nourished.
I figured out that my Cuisinart blender makes perfectly good smoothies. So I have had my spinach, kale, chard, avocado drink for the day. And I am tracking everything. So grateful to my Shooting Star team. I just learned that we officially won the Fall 5% Challenge. The team spirit is amazing. Hopefully, with these three habits in place, the weight will resume it's downward track.
