January Reflection

This has been a good month...Not for any particular reason other than I say it's been a good month.

I haven't done much this month, the weather has been too cold to get out and do our daily walks so I've been doing walking in the house and some weights. I'm down to 202, so it's a small weight loss this month but I'm thrilled to be so close to ONEderland. I know for sure February will be my month to get into ONEderland for the first time in 15 years. emoticon

Eating habits are still on point, except here and there we splurge a little but nothing like we would have this time last year. Take for example yesterday we were out and about and stopped at Taco Time for crispy bean burritos and mexi fries...In the past I would have eaten 2 of them plus a whole box of the mexi fries (tater tots), this time we split a box of the mexi fries and didn't eat them all plus only ate one of the burritos and was stuffed. So that is our splurge.

Our daughter has been home schooled for the last 1.5 years and just started back at the local high school this week, so we're going to have some time kid free during the day which we're going to start exploring a bit so we can prepare for spring and summer hikes with the kids. This will be something new for our family as it's the first year my DH is physically capable of long walks or hikes.

So excited for everything to come. This year, in October, will be my 10 year Sparkversary and will be the year I hit my goal! I can see it! Can you??
