"Failure is the condiment that gives success its flavor."
~Truman Capote

"I've failed over and over and over again in my life...that's why I succeed."
~Michael Jordan

Failure is the stepping stone to success. Having a plan and making it my daily goal to stick with it appears to be a success oriented outcome as well. My issue has been in not sticking to things. This year is my year...it is everyone's year...I am starting and most likely staying with small goals as prescribed by spark guy and spark coach.

I fell off the wagon...but I also have made some positive moves in the past year. I became vegetarian in October, 2016. I am going to be 44 years young in a month or so. I have raised compassionate children. I do my best when I am at my job.

"Consistency is key." Daily, I need a reminder of that. Small steps that will lead to lasting change.

Thanks for being part of my journey.

I agree about consistency. It is my downfall. I can stay on track for a while but then veer off. I hope we both do better this year.

There is a message board where you state your 3 to do (daily). This board has helped me to stop procrastinating, I started with 2 very easy, 1 challenge, now I do state 3 challenging things. This has helped me get back on track. You can do this; you rock!!
