Wow, where did January go?? I could have sworn it was just New Years Day and now it's February 1...
Time to set my goals for this month.
#1: Get back to walking...The weather here has not been good for walking in (2 ft of snow on the ground) and now that that is settling down we'll get back to it.
#2: Focus on getting in plenty of water daily (usually I manage a minimum of 64 oz)
#3: This is a toughie because anytime I set this goal, I struggle with it but here goes: Lose be under 200 lbs by end of month
Today's weigh-in is 203 which is up a pound from last week but I'm bloated so I'm not worried about it.
This is the closest in years (15) that I have been to being under 200 lbs...My hubby is waiting for the morning I step on the scale and see 1 as the first number...He knows I'll probably wake the kids by screaming or something silly like that. I'm sure he's right!
Well, time to go get busy for the day. Make it a great one!
