THREE years at or below goal

I guess I forgot to add in my 3rd year. Oh my. On Sept 1 2016 I hit 3 years of being at or below goal. I think once you do it a few years you finally learn that while you can gain ounces
it is best not to gain lbs. Frankly I owe it all to staying with SparkPeople and faithfully
keeping track of my food intake and exercise.
My exercise has slowed a bit because of my back problems. I do still to core exercises given to me by intense Physical Therapy (thank you Medicare) which I have kept up the past couple of years. I also have a step tracker and don't find it hard to march or dance during commercials
and other times. I also track these exercises to make sure they keep up with what I am eating.
Again I think Spark People helps keep me there. Most of the articles on diet and fitness and health and wellness help. I don't always agree with some but as I said, most are a useful
Hey I splurge when I want to. I don't beat my self up as I know 4 to 6 ounces of gain will put me right back on track.
