Weight loss - 10.2 lb 192.0 down from 202.2 Woo Hoo! Goal was 195.05
Goal for February, 2017: 5 lb loss, down to 187.0

January was GREAT! So much better than I could have dreamed of. It was a lot of hard work, but for some reason it was doable. I think the biking vacation in December must have been the thing that turned it around. Maybe it was being on the Paleo AIP diet for a long period of time and body has healed significantly. Whatever it is, I need to remember that time off, exercise, and eating right are what I need!
