Friday, February 03, 2017

So I have really been struggling with depression for the last 2 years. I have done so much reading and research on depression to find ways of helping myself pull out of it and I will do really good for a few weeks and then relapse really bad. and its just a never ending cycle...

So I decided to try maybe blogging on here about dealing with my depression.
will have to finish this later....

sorry i'm not an expert on depression. when i am feeling it going on, i spend some me time. walking in a favorite park, or by a river. the sound of babbling brook is soothing to me. talking to a friend, or family member, and hope it helps u too! emoticon my spark friend!

Having had to deal with PTSD for over 45 years along with bouts of depression, I found my running, biking, swimming, and training to be my best Rx. I also work with a Race Management Team, putting on Tris, Dus, & Road Races for others! That heals. My Tri Team and Run Clubs also help me immensely! You are not alone 'cause everyone has their own unique story. Stay strong and holla anytime!!

I started journaling quite a few years ago to help my depression. When I am consistent, it does help.
