I just released I haven't updated in a little bit. As of January 5th, I am officially down 22 pounds since the challenge began ( down 36 pounds since last year). Things are getting easier for me and I have increased my walking. I am a pro at measuring out my food and keeping track of calories in and calories burned. It is easy using Sparkpeople along with my Fitbit and Aria scale which I weigh in on.
I hope everyone who reads this and may be struggling can see that it will get easier....if I can do this, anyone can! Here's to a healthier and lighter 2017!
