What should I do? Is there any recourse for my woes?

I sometimes think stress is the problem.

    Stress is a big factor in eating. Some people eat constantly and, depending on the depth of the stress, some don't eat at all. Both ways do happen. Find the reason for the stress and work on bring it down and out then see what you have been doing with you eating. What types of foods? Portions of food? etc.

    I can relate sometimes when I want more to eat I know that means I have to work out more sometimes I eat and workout sometimes I tell myself I'm good laugh out loud calories in less than calories out

    I've learned stress is always a factor in eating. When I'm stressed I find myself wanting to eat. Lately I've questioned myself when I'm about to grab something to eat. " Am I hungry or and I looking for relieve"?
