Weight loss - 7.4 lb for month, -17.6 in total: 184.6 down from 202.2 Woo Hoo! Goal was 187.0.

Goal for March, 2017: 5 lb loss, down to 179.6. Won't that be great to be down to the 170s!

For monthly loss:
0 - Better than gaining!
1-3 - OK
4-5 - Good
6-8 - Excellent!
9+ - Wow! Don't expect this in the future

February was a tough month. While the end result was excellent, my EoE flared up. I dropped the few questionable foods and am just walking. Weight loss has reset, but am still having other symptoms. Will continue walking and add back in physical therapy slowly when other symptoms are resolved.

Have also stopped daily and weekly postings and check-ins to Spark. Just log in when have weight loss. I think the daily/weekly postings did their job to help me focus on what's important. When I'm ready to start physical therapy again I'll probably return to logging each day and will post more often if I start to lose focus.

I've been having a very stressful time at work in February due to an HR issue. I also gave blood. I don't know if it was the food, these things, or a combination, or something else that caused my EoE flair up. Need to continue to monitor. Going on a bike riding vaca (hopefully I'll be able to bike ride) and am hoping it will resolve the last EoE symptoms. My December bike riding vaca did wonders for my energy level and I'm hoping for the same in March. Learn On!

    All the best for March. A goal of 5 pounds of weight loss in a month is very realistic and achievable.
