It's the start of a new month! I'm ready!! emoticon I didn't quite make my goal for February, I am down to 201 not under 200 but I'm okay with that, it's still progress.

For this month I am focusing on getting to 198 I know that is only 3 lbs but with the weather here, I'm still not getting out to do as much walking as I need to be. I am pretty excited about this month, I foresee it being a SPARKERRIFIC month and I'mm going to make it just that.

My husband is doing great, it's amazing how much has changed since July and it's amazing how much closer the two of us are during this transformation. We still have our struggles but I feel like those struggles make us stronger.

Here's to a Sparktastic March! Spring will be here before we know it! emoticon

    emoticon Just remember February only had 28 days so maybe you would have made goal if it was a regular month.
    I know you will lose a lot more than that so get those walking shoes ready because Spring is on the way, remember Sparks has some very good cardio workouts on the site. I did one this morning just to get my body ready for the day.
