Setting my first goal for Spring Challenge
My first goal is to get my strength up. So I can move around a lot more. Right now I am 350lbs so it is hard to do a lot of workouts. But as I do more workouts and lose weight I will become flexible. The lighter I become the easier it will be to do more workouts. Its a domino effect.
Long story short with this goal in mind, by the time the spring challenge ends I should be able to workout everyday without my stress and I will feel wonderful as well.
