First 30 Days of 100 Day Fitness Challenge

I'm just not feeling this challenge at all, but I'm going to complete it. I did a lot of stress eating during the first 30 days and the scale has been showing it. I take full ownership of that. You can't exercise your way out of bad eating choices. Still making adjustments to be more successful during the next 70 days of my challenge. Instead of losing 8 - 10 pounds, I gained 3 pounds. My restart weight was 269 and today its 272 pounds.

I had several setbacks, but I'm not out. I know that I will do better in the next 70 days of my challenge.
