The other side

Today was yet another great day. It was warm and sunny. I got my steps in early and rode my bike 22.15 miles. I needed a long ride and feel great.
Dinner tonight is the other side of yesterday's trout. I cooked it with Old Bay in olive oil with some cornmeal on the skin side for a nice crispy crust. Yum! With it I nuked half a bag of frozen teriyaki broccoli (I am getting down to about no veggies in the house but shopping tomorrow).
