july goals

ok yesterday was july first and it was my first smoke free day
was't easy but i made it, don't feel like i have it beat yet, but feel
about going 24 hours without smoking... first time in 25 years...
Chantix helps, but not as much as I thought it would.

now, goal two, keep the calories at 1200-1300
didn't do that yesterday, munched to keep from smoking
walk 3 X's a week, two miles, 1/2 mile is up hill
exercise 3X's a week or more, even if I walk
ab lounge, at least 100 V crunches 4X's a week

hope is to loose that last 10 pounds during july and august...
I started this diet and weight loss routine

listen to the language tapes and start to do some of the
work on paper, reinforcing the tapes.

ok that is about enough for one month I think... if i can loose 7 or 8 pounds, and not smoke, I will feel like I accomplished a great deal. It would be nice just to be under 130... this last 10 pounds is such frustration!!!!!
