Goal #1 Met!

I met my first weight watchers goal & am down those 15#! Not going to lie, it hasn't been that difficult. I just stuck mostly close to my point allotment. Now I'm where I've been for like a year & it's going to take some actual work. Ugh.
My plan is to get meet my fitpoints each week, not exceed my weekly food points, & get blue dots (meeting a healthy eating point range) 5 days a week. Hopefully increasing my fitpoints will help me maintain a steady decline. We shall see!
