I just started my new exercise plan and WOW!!!! I am so out of shape. Today was lower body and cardio with some combination exercises. Its a total of 20 exercises but I was only able to do 11. I didnt even start out with cardio and my heart rate went up quick. I did what I could. I never tried to get to 15 counts. Didnt want to kill myself on my first day. Right now my Heart rate is back to normal, only took a few minutes, but I could now sleep for hours.

Tomorrow is cardio and booty exercises. I was doing my exercises in our sun room which is currently being used as a storage room. There was a dresser with a mirror right in front of me where I put my lap top. While doing them I could see myself and all I could think was "OMG I look horrible". My shirt came up and my pants rolled under my belly and I was just grossed out. My stomach isnt smooth. Its lumpy and just.. ick. This is why I hate any cardio other than walking and bike riding. I HATE having my fat flap around.

So as I watched myself I told myself to just do it. If I want to get rid of this girth I have to work hard. I know this isnt going to be easy BUT if I keep up with it then it will become easy for me. It will become a part of my life so it wont be work anymore. Just a fun activity.
